Rob West has over 20 years experience in the financial and executive management fields. He is currently Chief Financial Officer for TechCorr and its affiliated companies reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. 

Rob leads a team providing financial strategy, reporting and infrastructure, financial controls and governance, financial modelling and bank/investor relations.

Shaun Gallagher has over 26 years of experience in non-destructive testing and inspection, including 15 years in operations management. 

He has been instrumental in growing the company’s Western US operations, leading a talented team to drive success. Motivated by the success of the business and its people, Shaun ensures high-quality outcomes and ongoing growth. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and playing golf with friends and colleagues.

Russell Black, an API 510, 570, and 936 certified professional, has over 24 years of experience in non-destructive testing and asset management and 10+ years of operational experience within the company, regularly visiting sites to ensure top-quality service.

Outside of work, Russell enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and supports his children's involvement in Little League, livestock shows, and welding programs, cherishing time spent with his family.

Erik Shoup has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, joining TechCorr in 2005 as a senior safety professional. He oversees the creation and implimentation of all existing safety programs, audits, training, and investigation of incidents, all while ensuring compliance and promoting risk management.

He implemented OSHA's VPP program, achieving Star-rated status for 10 years, and holds multiple industry certifications.

In his free time, Erik enjoys mountain biking, distance running, competitive cornhole, and family time.

Having a Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing degree from the University of Mississippi, and 22 years experience working in the oil and gas industry, Tripp brings a wealth of knowledge to prospects and customers for TechCorr. 

As the TechCorr Business Development and Customer Relations Manager, Tripp has spearheaded the growing and maintaining of many new customers over the last 10 years. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his daughters.
